How beautiful it can be in Sweden. We are traveling at a fairly slow pace right now, moving cautiously between Småland, Skåne and the West Coast. We work a lot, mostly at the computers but also with some practical crafts, and there will not be much touristing. Instead, we have time to talk and reflect, not least about this AI thing and all the AI texts that the web is suddenly flooded with.

Beautiful Sweden!
After traveling around the dramatically beautiful Norway For a whole month, you could imagine that Sweden is in the lee. And in a way, that may be the case, but Sweden is also beautiful in its own way.
We often choose back roads, and as we drive we pass green forests, sparkling lakes and large cow pastures filled with grazing animals. Yes, Sweden is beautiful!

Different types of night parking…
We have mostly been camping recently, and we usually find places without any problems. These can be small rest areas or simple parking lots in scenic surroundings. A few times we have been extra lucky and found a place with a view of a lake.

One evening we parked overnight in a gravel lot next to a hiking trail and a cow pasture. When we arrived we didn't see any cows, but after a while they came up to the fence.

After a while the cows started mooing like crazy, and we realized that the mooing was being answered by another group of cows, somewhere else. We were in the middle of two herds and it became an evening of mooing.

But they are certainly beautiful animals!

Jobs and practical crafts
We work mostly on the computers. We work on a bit of a mixed bag of things. Right now we're updating old reports – since we have around 4,000 posts and articles, a lot of details are going to be out of date. We're doing our best to keep up!
We also work with other things such as advertising, sponsored articles, various types of collaborations, planning press trips and accounting.
Every now and then we tackle practical things that need fixing. Our camper is a few years old, so there's almost always something that needs fixing. Peter has, among other things, fixed the closing mechanism on the refrigerator door, replaced our leaking kitchen faucet, and installed a new inverter.

This with AI-generated articles
One thing we've been thinking about as we sit and write is this about all the AI-generated articles. Suddenly the internet is flooded with soulless robot-written reports that AI has spewed out in a second.
We find AI incredibly useful and have benefited from it in many ways, both at work and in our free time. We can also use it when we write – for example, to plan layouts, brainstorm ideas, do research or double-check facts or spelling.
AI can be a great tool, but what we're talking about now are sites that pop up with hundreds of new articles every day, where everything is 100 percent written by AI. How cool is that? You wonder where it's all going. Are these texts going to take over the Internet, or will people choose texts that have a human voice, even if we humans write much slower...?
This week: Grateful for ...
When you have a motorhome that is almost 20 years old, something often breaks. I am grateful that I have a husband who is a fan of fixing everything that is broken. If the spare part doesn't fit - then he rebuilds it. He always comes up with something according to the motto "If you can fly to the moon, you can fix this."”
Your turn ... What are you grateful for this week?

The week ahead
We are now on our way to Skåne, where we will meet friends. After that, we plan to slowly roll towards the West Coast, where there will be everything from press screenings to seafood.
What will it be about here on FREEDOMtravel? I have an unusually short notice, so I don't know for sure, but we usually manage to publish a report every morning, and I think it will most likely continue. So check in here every morning at 06:00 and you'll see what's on offer!

Yes, cows are nice. And I'd rather have two bellowing herds than the screaming seagulls I've had to put up with many mornings and evenings this summer.
This week I am grateful that everything is ready for my trip to Peru next week, except for packing.

Skåne, wondering if you're approaching us? We're certainly going home on Wednesday.
You will see beautiful views, no matter which country you are in.
Good with a handy man.
I am grateful that we control our own lives. It is a favor!
Happy Friday!

Cows are incredibly fascinating animals. But I'd rather not have them on me. As you say, AI is a fantastic tool. I completely agree with that. But I don't like all the content that is created with just its words. Enjoy the shellfish!

Sweden is also a fantastic country. We are so grateful for the wonderful days we have spent around Kungshamn this past week. Then we hope that our water system will hold tight now after the last? visit to the workshop. Having a handy man is something I am also grateful for! If you happen to end up in Hunnebostrand, we can recommend the fish shop's lobster soup which they sell ready-made with a bag of fish included. We added another half kilo of hake, some root vegetables, dill and shrimp, what a feast we had... Keep up the good work!
By the way, I hope most people will reject soulless AI-generated articles, at least we want to include some human emotions and experiences!

Cows, I'm a little afraid of cows myself, I think they look a little moody. Despite that, I went to the farmer's every summer vacation and brought the cows home for milking. But I had a lot of respect for these big animals and I still have it today.
How lucky that both you and I have a HandyMan, who can fix the almost impossible.
Grateful for this week: is that my mother is with us all week and has no homesickness for Solna hihihi. We have had a herring lunch with the neighbor, been to Nynäshamn for a day and shopped together.
AI, as I mentioned earlier, I'm not knowledgeable in it, but it seems like you can't escape AI. I'd rather read texts written by a person than these services.
Have a nice weekend Hugs

Love cows! My walking companions when I'm in Sweden/Skåne.
Came across an AI-made video. It had a lot of weird factual errors and the pronunciation of some words was completely bananas. Some articles are so boring to read that I assume they are AI-made. But how do you know? There are boring writers too.
Today I am grateful for the evening I had with just my youngest son yesterday. It is gold.
Hugs

Personally, I have no interest in AI texts and unfortunately they are flooding the internet. I choose to ignore all the soulless stuff as much as possible and read what is written by humans. It's clear what is what. I hardly even want to read new books anymore.
