Before leaving Spain, we made a visit to Empuriabrava - the largest residential marina in all of Europe. Coming here was a real experience! We strolled around for a whole day, and are very happy that we were tipped off about this place.

As you may know, we live in a houseboat at home in Stockholm. Very cosy we think! You are always close to the water and in the summer you can jump straight down for a swim. In a press release, the holiday home agent NOVASOL now says that they are increasing their range of floating holiday homes.

We have now spent nine weeks in the motorhome, in a car park. And our experience is that it works very well! A prerequisite, of course, is that we have access to a lot of services here: water, sewage, electricity, waste management, toilets, showers and a laundry room. Then we feel good in the motorhome. The bed is the most comfortable we have and it's great for cooking.
