The men in the party definitely wanted to check out the Technology & Motor area at the Stora Nolia exhibition today. They seemed to enjoy themselves in various heavy vehicles and of course we took the opportunity to take some photos.
Technology & Motor at the big Nolia
If you like vehicles with power, there's a whole lot on the Great Noliafrom sports cars and scooters to tractors and lawnmowers. Here's a small, small selection of everything there is to look at. As my expertise in this area is limited, this is mainly a photo report. But as you can see, the gentlemen posed happily by various vehicles... Which vehicle is your favourite?
Anette says:
I'm not a car enthusiast but a Lamborghini wouldn't be bad, a bit expensive though.
Maybe it's ok to sit in the big bucket on the tractor and let the wind blow your hair 😉.

Geddfish says:
The yellow Porsche suits me like a glove, much more stylish than my old Volvo V70 😉.
The big bucket? Well, I have stood in bigger (though ugly to boast) have been to the Aitik mine 😉 and stood in the bucket and climbed the height of the teddy bear 😉 hihi....

That open off-road vehicle looks like it would fit in the Concorde garage. Popular in Skåne among farmers, counts and barons on the estates.

Matts Torebring says:
But what fun you seem to be having, not just a plethora of uninteresting motorhomes.
What a lot I would like to have, or maybe just drive for a while. The loader first and foremost for levelling my neighbour's plot. The off-road car could also be good, with a cart behind it. I probably wouldn't want to own the Porsche, but I wouldn't say no to a day on the autobahn in it.

BP says:
Yep, I would have liked to walk around and try it out. It was precisely with quad bikes and snowmobiles that I was at Nolia in Umea. My company sold Suzuki and Arctic Cat. I'm sure they are also there now.
I saw Slingshoten at the fair in Nacka last autumn and it is my favourite. So very cool. But I also like the mighty wheel loader.

It would be a bit cool to do as Matts describes - bring a Porsche and give the iron on the autobahn. It would be really fun 🙂

I'll take the Porsche. Yellow danger will be the name! Looking forward to a short visit to the hat in the future, if that's possible!

I have been photographing my kind of favourite cars in Lycksele some time ago... a Porsche would be fun to drive 🙂.

Anette, haha, sitting in the bucket and letting the wind blow through your hair might be a slightly cheaper alternative 😉.
Geddfish, haha, I think it's fine to brag about who's stood in the biggest bucket 😉.
Lena and Jan, haha, yes, you can probably fit it in the garage 😉.
Matts, yes there is much more than motorhomes here! And I can imagine that these machines would be perfect for your site!
BP, oh I managed to dot several favvos here I hear! 🙂 Suzuki I have probably seen here. Arctic cat I have no control over, but I have to keep my eyes open!
Deciree, that seems to be the case... Maybe you shouldn't generalise, but often anyway...
Solan, haha, why not? 😉
Criss-cross, that would be something, perhaps? 😉
Katta, it doesn't feel easy to make a short visit, but if you know what you're aiming for, it's probably fine!
Åsa in Åsele, I do not drive myself, but they are nice!

That's a great fair. It is admittedly a long time since I was at Nolia, but I remember it with pleasure. Follow your reporting slavishly:-)

"Slingshot" was my favourite. Big machines but there is a lot of forestry in Northern Sweden as well.
