Travel writers with a passion for food
We, Peter and Helena, who run FREEDOMtravel, have been lucky in our lives to eat and drink almost everything. We also have the desire to try many different dishes and therefore we can write about food on the trip. Peter also has several different recipes for YouTube/freedomtravel.se and mostly about fish and seafood as they are our favourites.
All the foods and drinks we write about have been experienced by us on our travels. We do not delve deep into the articles, but more as a general overview of what it is and whether it is good, as it usually is. Much is just a matter of habit or getting it together with other things, which makes the flavours marry as many people say.
